and because of this everyone gets the benefit of a give-a-way!!!  So for this first prize winning adventure, I’m going to give-a-way a Mommy & Me Photography tote {the one I make for my new packaging} along with a special surprise for the inside….

To enter all you need to do is…….{and I thought of this in the shower}…….name a movie, show or series where dandelions are featured.  For example, in Charlotte’s Web, the non animated movie, dandelions are featured in the ending credits (love that illustrated art btw!!)….enter your comments on my blog.  Double your chances by entering on my Mommy & Me Photography Fan Page ….. triple your chances by retweeting on Twitter.

bounce for autism

Jack Jack, who was diagnosed with PDD-NOS last year has made tremendous improvements with his speech and language development with the help of all our doctors, therapists and teachers at Kaiser {Dr. Amy Gruber and Dr. Jean Sakimura} and Dr. Sara Powers Rice, the RCEB {Wen}, at Happy Talkers {Erin}, with STE Consultants {Elaina} and …with the early intervention program at the Alameda Co office of education {Denise & Adrienne} . As a preschooler at the Harvest Park Preschool {many thanks to Emily, Jennifer, Linda, Barbara and Ashley}, his talents are really shining through and we are so thankful for the program!!!

Through the Pleasanton Mothers Club, we participated in a “bouncing” event at the Pleasanton Pump it Up.  Jack Jack, along with many of his friends had a BLAST!!!  You can Bounce too, by becoming a virtual Bouncer for Autism. Join the Autism Society and Pump IT Up to raise money to improve the lives of all living with autism.
Participating in the Bounce for Autism is easy! and Fun!!!

June 22, 1943 – February 12, 2010

“When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me,

Miss me a little – but not for long

He had a fondness for photography; loved his dogs; worked for General Motors until his retirement; loved boating; loved the Cape; loved traveling;  enjoyed his family especially the youngest generation…after battling health issues, cancer finally took him away for us.  You will be missed, but we will let you go.

Playdate anyone???

With the warm weather approaching, and for some us its already here, our little ones are begging to go to parks, the zoo, or just in our backyards to play, play, and play!! Playdates, and other spontaneous fun-filled adventures are a fun way to gain social interaction for our children. But have you ever been to the park, and your child makes friends with the other children… the other moms realize that you all get together more often, and you go to your purses rummaging through old receipts to use as paper to write down your contact information…only to realize that you don’t have a pen either. Business people have business cards, high school seniors have 411 or rep cards….adults have calling cards…well, kids should have “mommy cards” {daddies too!!}…
These fun little cards are totally custom made….the inspiration is to create adorable little mommy cards, with matching cute greeting cards to announce the beginning of spring!!! Contact me for some playdate fun!!
